ERP Implementation Supervisor (f/m/d)

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Supervisor to lead the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise resource planning systems. You will manage ERP projects end-to-end, working with platforms such as ERPNEXT and Odoo, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes in the metals industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement the execution of ERP project based on the company’s development strategy and actual needs, following the company’s ERP construction planning route
  • Responsible for the demonstration, introduction, and implementation of the company’s ERP system, including aligning with software development companies, participating in blueprint design and business modeling, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s ERP system
  • Organize and manage the operation, maintenance, and updating of the company’s ERP system
  • Be responsible for daily operation and maintenance monitoring of the related databases of various information systems inc. ERP, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the company’s core ERP and other business systems (such as OA system, email system, and financial software system)
  • Regularly back up various business systems of the company to ensure complete data preservation
  • Be responsible for collecting, summarizing, analyzing, and researching information, regularly preparing information analysis reports, performing daily supportive tasks, and providing reference for management’s decision-making

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science or equivalent
  • Over three years of work experience, including experience in ERP project management and implementation, and possessing a comprehensive understanding of ERP project implementation and go-live processes
  • Familiar with local and international mainstream ERP functions, such as ERPNEXT, Odoo, and other open-source ERP systems, with proficiency in at least one or more of their business processes
  • Have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and a strong service orientation
