System R&D Manager (f/m/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the company’s new product development and future technology architecture
• Formulate the company’s Technical Development Roadmap
• Establish and improve the customer support system to continuously enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the overall development and optimization of control systems and communication protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent
• Over three years of experience in system R&D; familiarity with the embedded development software Windriver Vxworks and communication protocols such as Profibus, EtherCAT, and Profinet
• Proficiency in office software and various data statistical techniques; familiarity with automation programming software
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems independently
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a strong sense of teamwork
