Contactless Laser Profile Gauges: Utilizing advanced laser technology, these systems provide continuous, full-width measurement of strip thickness profile (crown and wedge) with micron-level accuracy. They are the core sensor for Automatic Profile Control (APC) systems in both hot and cold rolling mills.Shape (Flatness) Measurement Rolls: Integrated measurement rolls equipped with high-sensitivity sensor arrays that directly measure strip tension distribution across the width. This data is fundamental for Automatic Flatness Control (AFC), enabling dynamic adjustment of roll bending, shifting, and cooling to eliminate shape defects like edge wave or center buckle.
