Load Cells for Rolling Mills: Heavy-duty, high-accuracy load cells are engineered to measure the immense rolling forces in hot and cold mill stands. This data is the primary input for Automatic Gauge Control (AGC) systems, enabling precise thickness regulation and mill protection against overloads.Strip & Wire Tension Measurement: Robust tension meters, including load cell-based rollers and direct-measurement transducers, provide real-time feedback for closed-loop tension control in continuous processing lines (e.g., annealing, coating, galvanizing).
